There are more than 6,00,000 learners of French language in India and many others who wish to study in English in France country. To help these Indian learners, students, and researchers, the France Visa Ambassador, Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, has announced that “France will put everything in place to help Indian students fulfill their higher education aspirations”.
There are two types of student’s visas currently being issued by the France government. For a short-term program that lasts about 3 months, you can apply for a short-stay visa. On the other hand, If the program you’re planning to study lasts a year or over a year, you can apply for a long-stay visa, which is valid for one year maximum. To apply for these two visas, you can visit any of the seven visa centers in India including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
