#1 Find courses you wish to apply
The great task is to find for which course one wants to go further. Students should consider their area of interest as well as which course will be better for their profile depending upon past education. One can explore lots of options and certain options also with the specialization that will aid students in future.
#2 Find suitable University
Once the course is finalized, the next bigger question comes to mind is for which university may I apply. It is a lengthy as well as tiring task to search out for options online. Students can now search out options with a few clicks by searching for the courses on Edugoabroad's portal. How convenient and a great time saver it is to get details about universities, courses and fees all details at one place.
#3 When to apply?
In Greece, there are 3 intakes i.e. February, May and September. The best time to get yourself enrolled for the University is 2 months prior to the Intake date. It will give sufficient time to carry the whole procedure smoothly and also provide time to get yourself fully prepared for the Embassy interview.
#4 Know the Admission requirement
To apply for the University, the student should fulfil the following criteria :
- At least 50% in last academics.
- The student should have completed the education in English Medium. Where the student has not completed last education in English Medium, IELTS or PTE are compulsorily required.
Initially while applying for the University, the students require :
- Academics along with their Passing Certificate
- IELTS or MOI
While submitting your file at VFS, you will require the following documents like Passport, Academic documents, Letters from University, Covering Letter, etc and for detailed information, you may visit.
After submission of the file at VFS, students will receive a call for their Medical test and later another call for their Embassy interview. Most students receive Medical tests first but in certain cases, students receive their interview first.
Along with the visa file, students should be prepared when it comes to Medical. Medical test failure is one of the reasons that students receive Visa Refusal. Students should consider the following points for Medical :
- Not to consume alcohol or drugs or smoke at least before 15 days of Medical test
- In case, the students are taking medication of any sort of disease or even for a cold, they should carry their prescription received from the doctor while going for a Medical examination.
